Active Content is information that is interactive (eg: internet polls) or dynamic (eg: animated images). By allowing content on this CD to display you are not changing your computer's security settings, you are simply temporarily disabling them. Provided you received this CD from Tauranga City Council you do not need to be concerned about the effect allowing active content to display will have on your PC.

How do I zoom in and out in Adobe Acrobat?

1. To zoom in to a document use the 'Zoom In' button. To save space on the toolbar, features you don't use often will be hidden. To zoom out of a document you may have to click on the drop-down menu next to the 'Zoom In' tool. The following drop-down menu will then appear:

2. By selecting 'Zoom Out' you will enable that feature as well as placing it on the toolbar.

What is the TCC Reference?

Because Tauranga City Council staff access information directly from our electronic database (as opposed to a CD) each document has been given a unique reference number. If you have questions relating to a specific document make sure you take note of the reference number before calling or visiting our offices.
