The recipient (the "Recipient") of the information contained on this electronic media (the "Electronic Media") acknowledges the following:

1. The Electronic Media solely comprises of copies of information and documents held by the Tauranga City Council (the "Council") as at Monday, 01 December 2025 (the "request date") in relation to the following property: 19 MANSON STREET (Parcel ID: 4000/33 )
2. The Council does not accept responsibility for any reliance the Recipient or any other party may place on the information contained on the Electronic Media.
3. No person may alter, either directly or indirectly, the information contained on the Electronic Media.
4. The information contained on the Electronic Media does not constitute a Land Information Memorandum (LIM) for the purpose of section 44A of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987.
5. Whilst the Council has made its best endeavours to ensure information relating to the Property is complete as at the request date, there may be circumstances in which particular information pertaining to the Property has not been captured by the Electronic Media. Examples include, but are not limited to, information relating to a cross lease situation, unauthorised works not known to the Council and subdivision files.
6. The Electronic Media is downloaded as an executable file from the Council's secure ftp site. Though the Council will check the information contained on the Electronic Media for viruses, the Council does not accept responsibility for any damage caused should the Recipient's system be infected.
7. The Electronic Media has been designed to work with the following software applications:
   • Internet Explorer (Version 7+), Firefox (Version 3+), Chrome
   • Adobe Reader (Version 8+) to view PDF files
8. If the recipient does not have the appropriate software to open the Electronic Media, the recipient may contact the Council to arrange to view the documents at the Council Service Centre.
